This is an international collaboration funded by the EU (with a UK part paid for by the British Government UKRI (Innovate UK) which enables Just Space to take part. Details of the whole collaboration are at https://www.fairville-eu.org. The focus is on tackling poverty and inequality through co-production. A newly-established Community Interest Company manages the London Lab.

The UK part of the project, The Fairville London Lab comprises Richard Lee, members of the UCL Bartlett Development Planning Unit (DPU) and various community activists. The Fairville London Lab is collaborating with Just Space in developing a CARING CITY plan for London as an alternative challenging the Mayor’s approach. A first document about this alternative was submitted to City Hall on 22 June 2025. Download from here.
